1. Scope and Subject Matter
These terms of use govern the use of the digital education platform operated by Sangavar GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") under the domain sangavar.com, as well as all associated creative learning programs, courses, and content.
The subject of the agreement is the provision of digital educational content, including interactive learning modules, video courses, and practice materials to promote creativity and personal development.
2. User Account and Registration
Registration is required to use certain learning programs. The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information during registration.
- Each user may only have one account.
- Access credentials must be kept confidential.
- The provider is not liable for unauthorized use of the account by third parties if the user has violated their duty of care.
3. Rights and Obligations of Users
The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for their own educational purposes.
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or make the content publicly available unless expressly permitted.
3.1 Behavior on the Platform
The user undertakes not to publish any illegal, offensive, or content that violates public decency.
- No copyright infringements
- No distribution of malware
- No harassment of other users
4. Limitation of Liability
The provider assumes no warranty for the constant availability of the platform or the error-free nature of the content. Use is at your own risk.
The provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical foreseeable damage.
The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, or for claims under the Product Liability Act.
5. Payment Terms and Right of Withdrawal
Paid courses and learning programs are offered at the prices indicated on the platform. All prices are in euros including statutory value-added tax.
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins after the contract is concluded. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if the user has expressly agreed before the end of the withdrawal period that the execution of the contract may begin.

6. Termination and Duration
Use of the platform is generally for an indefinite period. The user can terminate their account at any time without giving reasons.
The provider reserves the right to terminate use without notice in the event of a violation of these terms. In this case, access to all content will be revoked.
For paid subscriptions, the notice period is 30 days to the end of the billing period.
7. Changes to the Terms of Use
The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time with effect for the future. The user will be informed of material changes by email.
If the user does not object to the changed terms within four weeks of receiving the change notice, the new terms are deemed accepted. The provider will inform the user of this period and the significance of their silence in the change notice.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the provider.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
